Transnational meeting of PASS4Autism project partners in Catania, Italy
The partners of the PASS4Autism Erasmus+ project held a face-to-face meeting on 27th and 28th March 2025 at the facilities of Cooperativa Sociale Controvento Onlus in Catania.
During the two-day meeting, the partners discussed the modifications that needed to be made to finalise the visual stories AI platform so that it would be available soon for the families and therapists of autistic children. Moreover, emphasis was placed on the organisation of the webinar to be conducted in each partner country, with the objective of ensuring the dissemination of information to the target groups (parents and therapists of children with ASD) regarding the asynchronous online course entitled "Improving the social skills of ASD people using visual stories" and the AI platform for creating visual stories.
The transnational meeting was productive, and all partners were able to enjoy visiting various locations in the centre of Catania, thereby further strengthening the positive atmosphere of cooperation.
The PASS4Autism partnership comprises the Asociación Autismo Burgos from Spain (Project Coordinator), the University of Peloponnese with the Embedded System Design & Applications Laboratory from Greece, the Cooperativa Sociale Controvento Onlus from Italy, the Child and Adolescent's Center from Greece, and the AVN Innovative Technology Solutions Ltd from Cyprus.
