RE-HUB is an AVN platform that gives the opportunity to post-injury/surgery patients to execute rehabilitation routines in their home environment. RE-HUB incorporates low cost CPS and wireless communication that cooperate with user-friendly interfaces to monitor and guide patients through their rehabilitation process. RE-HUB is a multidisciplinary system based on AVN’s I3PLAT IoT platform. AI components are incorporated to support the medical expert on the progress evaluation of the patient.
